Buckthorn/Invasive Species Removal $1,250 - $6,500+/acre
- Price varies based on accessibility, terrain, density of infestation, and whether mechanical removal is possible or manual removal is needed – slopes over 20% grade may require manual removal
- For minimal infestations, we can manually clear and burn on-site if you prefer minimal impact to your existing understory
- For larger areas/more severe infestations, we can forestry mulch – this will reset the forest floor in the area you want removed
- Maintenance plan will be offered and is highly recommended with anything that is recognized by the state as an invasive species (buckthorn, multiflora rose, honeysuckle, autumn/Russian Olive, etc.)
- Average price per acre is $1,500-$1,800 with pull-up access to site, relatively flat and even terrain, low to moderate infestations, limited to no boulders/rocks, and maximum mulching of 2-4” DBH (if mulching)
- $1,250 minimum; projects over 10 acres may qualify for discounts

Forestry Mulching $1,250 - $5,000/acre
- Price varies based on accessibility, terrain, density of vegetation, maximum diameter of vegetation to be mulched, and location of project
- Can mulch anything up to 8” DBH
- Can include spraying of mulched area to prevent or reduce resprouts
- May not be suitable for all terrain types or projects
- Average price per acre is $1,200-$2,500 with pull-up access to the site, relatively flat and even terrain, low to moderate density, limited to no boulders/rocks, and maximum mulching of 6” DBH
- Trees over 8” may require traditional felling and removal; Rocks/boulders, steeper terrain, hazards, accessibility restrictions, etc., will increase rates
- $1,250 minimum; projects over 10 acres may qualify for discounts

French Drains $60-100/LF
- The rate depends on the type of drainage system needed and the volume of water expected to be redirected
- Use of commercial-grade perforated or solid (depending on circumstance) 4” - 5” drain tile
- May do a double drainage system (2 – 4” or 5” drain tiles in the same trench) when high water volumes are expected
- Every perforated foot of tile is encased in ~1” clean stone and “burrito wrapped” in geotextile fabric to keep stone from mixing with dirt, but allowing water penetration into the drainage system
- Every fitting is taped with stretchy and sticky tape for a water-tight seal, preventing water loss
- Larger systems (over 100 LF per run) will have a cleanout every 50’ – 75’

Seed/Sod Installation Starting at $2,250
- Rates are based on area square footage

- Rates do not include finished grade or removal of existing turf, sod, rocks, etc. – assumes a fully prepared, ready to seed/sod surface
